Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about building products and processes that fuel business growth. You will join a growing, cross-functional team to design, build, roll-out, monitor, and iterate products that enable staff to deliver Aquent’s value.


As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:


New Solution Development

  • Take new concepts from Senior Leadership and lead the development of new solutions that solve client and business problems
  • Research trends, best practices, competitors & market conditions, customer behaviors, unmet needs, etc, leveraging third-party data and internal data sources when available; triangulate data across multiple sources and use to shape solutions
  • Make recommendations and guide decisions around scope of solutions, trade-offs, and costs, to ensure delivery of maximum value within established constraints and timing needs


Solution Build

  • Partner closely with teams across the organization, including Product Management/Staffing Technology, Analytics, Marketing, Sales & Recruiting (Field), HR, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Learning Services, Shared Services to:
  • Ensure that new solutions meet client/business needs, and are feasible from an economics, technical, and delivery standpoint
  • Define requirements and develop technical solutions, new processes, and workflows to support new solutions


Go to Market Strategy

  • Work with teams across the organization to create and implement go-to-market strategies that drive demand, adoption, and revenue
  • Develop guidance on solution pricing in partnership with Senior Leadership, Analytics, Accounting & Finance, and Field
  • Partner with marketing team on customer segmentation/targeting, positioning/messaging, content, creative, and campaign execution
  • Position the field (Managers, Sales, Recruiting, and Account Management) to succeed through the development of effective training (delivered through LMS Courses and a variety of live formats) and enablement content
  • Develop thoughtful internal communications and coach the organization through roll-out using a variety of channels and formats - Live Calls, Recorded Videos, LMS Courses, Email Updates, Internal Resources Site, Job Aids, Ongoing/Ad Hoc Assistance, etc…
  • Serves as ongoing SME when it comes to solution


Project Delivery

  • Develop Project Management plan including deliverables, milestones, timeline, dependencies, and required resources
  • Engage with Senior Leadership and other stakeholders to present progress updates, align on strategic choices, and remove roadblocks
  • Actively identify and resolve risks, issues, and decisions to ensure project goals are met
  • Lead teams to cross-functional success of new solutions, driving organizational focus
