Meet The Product Marketing Team

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will hire and manage a team of product marketing professionals that work cross functionally to ensure consistency in and effectiveness of our go-to-market approach. The ultimate focus of the team is to help our global sales team accelerate sales cycles, and close, renew and expand accounts. This team is responsible for ensuring the entire organization is aligned and prepared for new releases and products, as well as providing competitive intelligence, product messaging, and product positioning. 


This position reports to the Global Head of Marketing. 


What You’ll Do

  • Hire, manage, and lead a team of product marketing specialists
  • Determine and measure product KPIs that align with business priorities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for new products, features, and capabilities
  • Build a roadmap of ongoing, cross-channel, strategic, and data-driven marketing initiatives at a product-line level
  • Build and oversee a robust competitive intelligence program
  • Leverage client insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to strategically position and differentiate our products
  • Develop and maintain ongoing knowledge and mastery of personas


Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 6 years in B2B SaaS product marketing experience, and  1+ years of management experience
  • Experience in and knowledge of finance or financial technology strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing global product marketing campaigns with clearly defined goals and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply market, client, and competitive research to inform GTM and product strategy
  • Proven ability to translate technical details into messaging that highlights user benefits
  • Experience in serving as an advocate for the end user and client experience
  • Expert ability to manage projects from conception to completion; work collaboratively on cross-functional projects; and juggle competing priorities, stakeholders and tasks
  • Be a strategic, data-driven thinker with a proven ability to work with and influence employees across all levels of the company 
  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders with clear communication 
  • Caring and effective global people manager
