Product Marketing Manager (Central Pharmacy)

The Product Marketing Manager is accountable for developing and executing marketing programs and activities for Omnicell’s Central Pharmacy portfolio. The role of the Product Marketing Manager spans the formation of successful marketing strategies through close execution with Omnicell’s field team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Marketing Strategy: drive marketing plans to deliver success in each identified market segment. Work cross-functionally to ensure a comprehensive commercialization strategy for assigned solutions.
  • Create Compelling Marketing Materials: lead the development of marketing materials, inclusive of traditional and social media platforms that are creative and compelling to the target audience. 
  • Support Commercialization Directly: understand customer operations in detail and articulate the value of Central Pharmacy solutions within that context. Be able to credibly present and answer questions on Enterprise solutions across all levels of the customer organization. Directly support sales activities and customer meetings. Lead efforts to increase sales force familiarity, comfort, and skill with Enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate broadly: interact with multiple functions that play a role in the success of the Central Pharmacy. Lead through influence and credibility in supporting their activities and achieving business goals.      

 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong creative skills, ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively at multiple levels of the organization, including product management, sales, and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and be accountable for results
  • Passion for transforming the healthcare experience, both for healthcare professionals and patients.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing or product management role within healthcare, technology, or medical devices
  • Experience with new products launches

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree

 

Work Conditions:

Travel requirements: up to 30%
