Product Marketing Manager

Hotel Engine is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on Partner Hub - our hotel property-facing platform. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our product, marketing, and sales teams, translating product features into compelling, value-driven messaging. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that enhance our market presence. Your expertise in both strategic planning and tactical execution, combined with a passion for technology and hospitality, will be crucial to your success.

Job Details:

  • Market research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Product messaging: Follow the market landscape and collect competitive intelligence to benchmark product capabilities and develop effective product positioning that differentiates Hotel Engine & Partner Hub’s solutions in the marketplace.
  • GTM strategies:: Define go-to-market strategies and product communication plans, develop marketing materials, and lead high-impact feature releases that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Sales and marketing materials: Generate customer case studies, product 1-pagers, and other collateral to support marketing and sales initiatives and guide communication efforts across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic frameworks and assets for campaigns, enablement, and stakeholder communications.
  • Performance analysis: Measure and analyze product marketing performance, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives. Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making to inform marketing strategies.
  • Creative execution: Exceptional visual design and copywriting skills, with a proven track record of bringing creative marketing ideas to life, and enhancing product visibility and customers.


  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or hospitality technology sector and 2+ years of experience with B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create compelling product narratives. 
  • Visual design and copywriting skills, with a proven track record of bringing creative marketing ideas to life, enhancing product visibility and customer.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adapt as necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product marketing goals.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Pendo, and Figma.
