Product Marketing Manager

Remote (United States) New York, NY

Description

EnquireLabs is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to structure our approach to new markets. This role is a great fit for individuals who are well-versed in the dials and levers of the growth marketing machine, but also enjoy the art of discovering and betting on interesting angles. Our marketing strategy is fueled by content & community, so education and advocacy sit atop our list of strategic priorities.

About Us

EnquireLabs’ mission is to operationalize direct-from-consumer data. We believe that brands — not third parties — should own their relationships with their customers, and we're building the tools to empower that ownership. Our roadmap is bolstered by an active, collaborative client base, and validated by our support network of top-tier investors and advisors.

We’re a team of six, rooted in New York City but distributed across multiple countries and time zones. The role is remote-friendly, but you’re welcome to spend as much time as you like in the NYC office as well.

Learn more about the team at EnquireLabs.com, or on our podcast, Question Authority.

Your Impact

You’ll be an early hire in Marketing. As such, you’ll be well-positioned to engage with the team leads and founders, flaunt your strengths in our meritocratic culture, and explore other avenues of the business. Acquisition will be your primary focus, and we’re eager to put our resources towards your great ideas.

The role is facilitated by Mitch Turck (Head of Communications), an ex-Nielsen startup advisor and thought leader in multiple industries. Suffice it to say, you will have no shortage of content to work with. Together, your complementary skills will round out our vision for growth, and place you squarely in the mix with our CEO and team leads so that your input is fully appreciated.

What you'll be working on:

  • Conceive and execute marketing automation workflows & reporting
  • Discover, vet and organize novel growth opportunities in Ecommerce B2B
  • Measure, analyze and advise on performance marketing campaigns
  • Maintain alignment between Marketing funnels and BD/Sales pipelines
  • Collaborate to deploy thought leadership content on and beyond our properties
  • Manage agency relationships (SEO/SEM firm, PR, A/V firm) as they relate to your own priorities and interests
  • Join leadership in listening to prospects & clients for needs and opportunities

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience of direct responsibility in marketing automation or operations
  • Experience in SaaS and/or Ecommerce sectors
  • A personal ethos embracing autonomy and accountability
  • Experience managing or working within agencies
  • Exceptional and demonstrable organizational skills
  • Exceptional and demonstrable communication skills
  • Experience in consumer insights or consumer research a plus
  • Experience with DTC/Shopify brands a plus

Benefits

  • Remote-friendly and flex-friendly; we focus on performance, not presence
  • Small team = ownership and influence over personal growth and team culture
  • Transparency rules here: welcome to a culture where openness is our competitive strategy (see our Collaboration Framework to learn more about our culture)
  • Make a name for yourself among the pioneers of a people-first data revolution
  • Facilitating leaders: you tell us what you need to succeed, not the other way around
  • 15 days of required paid time off (equal company benefit regardless of role)
  • Compensation: $85-105k DOE + equity
  • 15% salary adjustment for NYC Metro Area residents
  • $2k welcome bonus (via Ramp card) to buy whatever you need to set up for success

The Product Marketing Manager role is open to U.S. residents. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
