Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how we present our product offerings to prospects and current customers. You will be an expert in every facet of the customer journey and buyer experience. This role has the ability to impact several marketing programs and our customer life cycle. Ideal candidates will be data-driven and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to execute.

 

About your Team:

MANTA's Marketing team is one of the critical drivers of our go-to-market strategy. Experienced marketing professionals in Europe and the US work to increase MANTA's brand awareness, raise interest in MANTA's products, and engage customers and prospects with compelling content. The performance and brand teams work closely with the sales, customer success, and product teams to achieve MANTA's growth goals. While the brand team concentrates on content, PR, and creative deliverables to support prospects and buyers, the performance team continuously seeks to strengthen the demand generation engine.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain innovative integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead and develop product positioning and messaging by understanding our brand, customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Product Management to establish the go-to-market vision and strategy for the product area, including identifying and defining market opportunities for the product area and helping build business cases for expanding market presence or entering new markets.
  • Assist with planning and launching product releases including creating market requirements, launch plan, and collateral; and partnering cross-functionally to drive execution of marketing, enablement, and adoption/growth.
  • Partner closely with sales enablement and content teams to develop sales materials, including pitch decks, datasheets, ROI calculators, battle cards, etc.
  • Support efforts on pricing and packaging optimization strategies for the business.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives to drive customer retention, adoption, upsell and cross-sell by helping existing customers get more value from our product offerings.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research and definition of buyer personas to properly package our products and inform internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct user, market, and competitive research to better understand and evangelize market trends and apply key learnings to the product roadmap and marketing strategy.


What you should have:

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience- technical product marketing, data industry, B2B, and SaaS experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing.
  • Solid written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical and/or complex concepts through multiple media channels.
  • Self-starter mentality capable of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Ability to create clear and compelling messaging.
  • Analytical thinker and experience with data-driven marketing.
