Product Marketing Manager

The Opportunity:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ offerings and their target customers to establish personas, select messaging platforms, create customer feedback loops, provide competitive analysis etc…
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new benefit offerings in collaboration with cross-functional Product, Sales, Clinical and Business unit colleagues.
  • Deliver targeted messaging and positioning that engages various audiences across web, social, print, and other digital assets.
  • Create marketing collateral, graphic design, copywriting, and other presentation materials with internal resources and agency partners. 
  • Establish key performance indicators for marketing initiatives/programs.
  • Work on continuous improvement of Product Marketing efforts through your knowledge and ongoing research of industry trends, tools, and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, focusing on B2B or B2B2C products.
  • Experience with insuretech, insurance industry or product sold through a third party is a plus.
  • Hands-on Content creator (30-40% of the time) willing to roll-up your sleeves within an exciting and highly dynamic growth stage company.
  • Proven track record of driving product success in a B2B setting and making decisions and recommendations based on analysis of Marketing program results. 
  • Strong ability to clearly present ideas, listen to multiple perspectives and engage in intellectual debate. 
  • Strong problem solver who thrives in brainstorming new ideas cross-discipline.
