Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will leverage user insights, marketplace dynamics, and competitor insights to shape product decisions and empower a successful go-to-market of our Business-to-Business (B2B) product suite. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Demand Generation, and other areas across Marketing and Sales to spearhead adoption and growth of our products within the mid-market to enterprise business segments.


Responsibilities 

  • Analyze and understand the market, competition, and our customers needs
  • Identify and maintain market audience and buyer persona definitions for key segments
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, offers, and product features
  • Coordinate GTM activities across cross-functional teams
  • Manage pricing and packaging
  • Create positioning & messaging rooted in subject matter expertise 
  • Develop and deploy sales tools, collateral, and training materials
  • Inspire field teams to take new messaging and offers to market
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing to generate awareness, demand and close business
  • Interface with executives regularly to make go-to-market decisions
  • Measure and manage the success of in-market product lines


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience of B2B Product Marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing market opportunities, defining requirements, and managing go-to-market strategies
  • Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to interact with customers on a regular basis
  • Experience in enabling marketing to more effectively run demand programs
  • Strength in equipping sales teams with the right assets to identify, convert, and close deals
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.), Customer Success Software (Zendesk, FreshDesk, etc.), and Product Management Software (Jira, Wrike, etc.)
