Product Marketing Manager

The appointed Product Marketing Manager will play a central and hands-on role in our marketing function bringing our technology to market. We are looking for a talented individual who has experience working with top-tier companies to strategically position B2B products, along with building strong collateral to support the sales and marketing team.


Reporting to the Head of Communications, the primary purpose of the role is to drive the promotion of the product, support the sales team with the creation of exciting, consistent and effective material, and engage our prospects and customers around the world. This includes curating, and creating, offline and online collateral and sales material for web, events, campaigns, social media and other channels.


DUTIES


  • Manage the end-to-end creation, design and execution of market product strategies surrounding product positioning within the fintech market
  • Own the messaging, organisation and discipline around our sales and product marketing collateral
  • Produce world-class sales collateral that communicates the product value proposition, and drives target audience engagement
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Work with the marketing team to strategise and optimise the delivery of content on website and social media channels
  • Communicate directly with clients and partners and encourage trusting relationships where needed
  • Understand trends in financial services, technology and SaaS to identify new topics for internal and external content


Requirements


Essential


  • 5+ years experience in Product Marketing or related field
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or other relevant field
  • Meticulous attention to detail in the production of written and technical content
  • Previous experience working in a fintech, or a company selling technology solutions to financial services
  • Eager to work in a fast-moving, ever-changing fintech company
  • Able to understand and effectively communicate technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of writing and publishing business-related documentation and presentations


Desirable


  • Previous experience working in a Financial Services or Technology company
  • Experience in B2B complex software marketing environments
  • Collaborated across regions in an international marketing function
