About Position
Product Marketers at Patch play a pivotal role in shaping how Patch shows up in the market. We move fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy to the micro-details of execution to ensure our product, marketing, and sales motions are aligned and optimized for customer needs. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead who will take Patch’s sales enablement motion to the next level, empowering our growing Go to Market Team to scale climate impact in a rapidly evolving market. This person will also design and drive execution on go-to-market strategies for new products and services. This Product Marketing Lead will join a small team of experienced product marketers working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, GTM, and Policy to move our business forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute on a best-in-class sales enablement program, ensuring that the Go to Market team is fully equipped with clear messaging, proven playbooks, and high-quality collateral.
- Act as the Product Marketing owner for sales enablement priorities, and collaborate with GTM Leads and Operations peers to drive adoption and measure the success of the program.
- Create go-to-market strategies for Patch products, services, and customer segments, and work cross-functionally to bring them to life.
- Develop positioning and messaging informed by market insights, customer research, and climate + product understanding
- Deeply understand and develop detailed profiles of our ideal customers, in order to inform product, marketing, and sales efforts.
- Identify and help shape powerful customer stories that bring our offerings to life and inspire more companies to take climate action.
- Collaborate closely with seasoned climate and tech industry professionals across the Marketing, Product, Policy, and Go to Market teams.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned professional. You are an experienced Product Marketer (5+ years in product marketing and/or sales enablement roles). You have experience driving impactful product launches, campaigns, enablement programs, and strategy development at a high growth B2B Marketplace or SaaS company.
- A sales team whisperer. You know what works when it comes to distilling key messages and tools for a busy sales team, and creating feedback loops that ensure marketing content reflects market realities.
- A natural storyteller. You are an expert at synthesizing vast amounts of information into the most important points, and transforming it into an actionable narrative.
- A relentless builder. You are persistent, scrappy and resourceful. You have a high adversity quotient and are a lifelong learner.
- An active listener. You excel at understanding and empathizing with customer challenges, and developing compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
- An eternal optimist. You are passionate about climate and believe you can impact change.
- You are willing and able to work from the Hayes Valley office in San Francisco, California a few days a week.

San Francisco Based Employees -> Estimated Salary $140K – $190K • Offers Equity
Full-time employees will also be eligible for equity and insurance. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, location and some role-dependent factors.
