About the role:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Marketing Lead to help us take our business to the next level by cracking product-led growth.


The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the product-led growth strategy that will maximize our inbound growth revenue and customer-wide net revenue retention performance.


This position is expected to define the right Product Led Growth approach to upselling Smartpricing (and other potential products) to existing customers, unlocking high-quality demo requests at scale with Product Led Growth (not self-serve), and leading a small team of Product Marketing Managers. 


As our Product Marketing Lead you will:


  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy that drives product-led growth and helps the company achieve its business objectives.
  • Lead a small team of Product Marketing Managers and help them to grow and develop.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to increase the impact of our product launches.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs.
  • Develop messaging and positioning that differentiates our products and resonates with our target audience.
  • Create compelling content to support our product launches and increase customer upsell.
  • Work closely with the growth engineer, product designer, product manager, and other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product marketing.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of our product marketing campaigns and use insights to improve future campaigns.


As our Product Marketing Lead, you will have:


  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of driving product-led growth.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • Experience leading and growing a team of product marketing managers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
