Product Marketing Associate

About the role:


At Aircall, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join our collaborative, creative, and talented team. In this role, you will be a key member of a team that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll start out with an emphasis on Revenue Enablement in the North America (NA) region, supporting our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams with the tools they need to grow the business. Although your focus will be on North America, you will also work on global projects!

What you'll do:

  • Become an expert in our product, our market, and especially our customers and buyers with a focus on the NA market
  • Craft stories to communicate Aircall’s unique value proposition in a way that resonates with each buyer persona and use-case
  • Support the Field, Digital, and Content Marketing teams with product, market, and buyers knowledge and messaging to support various campaigns and initiatives
  • Understand the sales process and prioritize the tools that will have the greatest impact on increasing win rates and driving deals forward 
  • Create and maintain competitive battle cards to help Sales address competition, and help track impact and improve adoption 
  • Develop collateral such as one-sheeter, slides, and videos that help move buyers through the funnel
  • Support the rest of the PMM team in maintaining the Sales collateral repository (Highspot), and help improve adoption from Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate with the Sales Training Manager to ensure training content is always relevant and up-to-date
  • Help build our library of customer success stories and testimonials, and find creative ways to share them both internally and externally
  • Stay flexible, positive, solution oriented, and creative

What you'll bring:

  • 3 years or more of marketing and/or customer-facing experience for a B2B technology product, preferably in an international environment
  • You are a proactive, clear, and direct communicator: with outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills 
  • A strong team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies to achieve business goals
  • A problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and is not afraid to take risks
  • A left- and right-brain thinker who is both creative and analytical
  • A global-minded individual who is energized by working with a diverse and international team
  • An excellent storyteller who understands how to tailor a message to meet an audience’s needs
