We’re looking for a contract Product Marketer to join our growing Product team – and help us deliver features and improvements that truly add value for our customers. In this contract you will:

... work on our brand new culture-crafting product that is independent from our well-loved HR Software and our first foray into CultureOps - you can read more about our category-creation ambitions here.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Helping to find the product-market fit for our existing beta product by validating customer pain points and determining the value proposition and channel appropriate messaging
  • Using the above to acquire beta users Influencing the direction of product development
  • Producing relevant marketing collateral (in collaboration with our copywriters/designers)


Requirements


You must have:


  • Extensive Product Marketing experience with a particular focus on positioning/messaging
  • Experience of working with Software Product teams and early-stage products/MVPs
  • Confidence to act as an influence on the product roadmap
  • Commitment to acting as a customer champion and ensuring we're building with the prospect/user in mind
  • Commercial acumen - you will help to guide us where the money is!
  • Interest in category creation, the way the world of work is changing, and the opportunities it may provide
