Who We’re Looking For  

You’re a talented PMM with 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience and are looking for your next exciting role with a young Fintech company that is making a difference removing friction between merchants and their customers. You have knowledge and experience with Fintech, SaaS, or payments products, ideally marketing to companies in the MM and Enterprise space. You have a passion for technology and a customer-first mentality. This is a senior product marketing role with a focus on Fintech, and our merchant and partner customers.


You’re a team player who actively partners with your peers in product management, sales, and the broader marketing organization to successfully execute a go-to-market strategy. You are passionate about your customers and products, an excellent writer, and you are ready to “roll up your sleeves” and make an immediate impact within a high-growth, fast-paced organization.


This position reports to our Senior Vice President of Marketing.


About the Role

  • Lead product marketing initiatives for our core products, technology, and solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of FlexPay’s offering, technology, competitive landscape and differentiators
  • Understand who FlexPay’s customers are – where they get their information, their challenges, buying criteria, and the why behind their decisions
  • Develop and write customer-facing product positioning messaging, including brand differentiators, and marketing content and collateral that establishes FlexPay as the technology and performance leader of payment recovery solutions
  • Create sales enablement materials that effectively communicate our deep industry expertise, our unique technology, our competitive advantages, and the value we deliver in crisp, clear, and concise language
  • Manage requests from our sales team as needed
  • Build content for industry and executive presentations
  • Support our thought leadership activities related to credit card and subscription payments, keep track of industry trends, the latest technology, tools and competitors in the space
  • Execute and utilize market research to improve go-to-market approach
  • Collaborate and gather feedback from our client care and data and research teams


What We’re Looking For

  • You must have at least a bachelor’s degree
  • You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in B2B Product Marketing, preferably in a SaaS and/or Fintech environment
  • Strong storyteller with superior written, communication, and presentation skills
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach to solving problems
