Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Pricing Manager will be responsible for coordinating pricing structure, programs and packaging across the Emburse portfolio. You will be responsible for dynamic discounting and packaging coordinating all pricing and packaging programs including discounts and incentives for existing customers for cross-sell opportunities, true ups, volume adjustments as well as for prospective customers to drive growth.

What you'll do

  • Support pricing strategy needs including tiered and dynamic discounting and promotions
  • Work with Product/Services to understand development costs
  • Understand competitive pricing strategies and customer willingness to pay
  • Work with key stakeholders including Sales and GMs to recommend the best pricing options
  • Work with Revenue Operations to coordinate pricing structure and system implementation
  • Support pricing strategy needs including tiered and dynamic discounting and promotions
  • Work with Product/Services to understand development costs
  • Understand competitive pricing strategies and customer willingness to pay
  • Work with key stakeholders including Sales and GMs to recommend the best pricing options
  • Work with Revenue Operations to coordinate pricing structure and system implementation
  • Establish best practices by formulating a comprehensive pricing approval structure and process and review existing pricing to streamline and consolidate where appropriate
  • Work with Revenue Operations to coordinate system updates
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday during company’s regular business hours

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or related technical field
  • MBA or graduate degree a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in with SaaS solutions in sales, marketing or product management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with pricing and packaging specifically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
  • Ability to present and influence and executive audience
  • Ability to easily shift focus from project to project to meet changing deadlines
  • Problem solving and critical thinking ability required
  • Excellent data, market and customer analysis skills
  • Open to regional travel occasionally, may include overnight stay(s)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with management
  • Interpersonal skills and abilities to work well with others
  • A team player committed to achieve goals
  • A good understanding of a company's financial statements, financial performance metrics, and how one's actions will impact financial results
  • Ability to impartially analyze sets of data on a micro and macro level and presenting or including analysis in strategic decisions
  • Experience analyzing market and competitive data and a deep understanding of the customer’s business objectives and purchasing criteria
  • Strong desire to align direction, vision, and strategy with the rest of the organization
