Portfolio Marketing Manager

This role is remote friendly!


Pluralsight is seeking a Portfolio Marketing Manager to help focus and evolve our company story as a multi-product platform enabling businesses to transform their technology strategy and close the tech skills gap. 


This person will play a key role in developing our company, audience and industry messaging. They will partner with teams across Marketing, Sales and Product to create pitch perfect messages that create a signal in the noise of the marketplace. The ideal candidate has a persuasive communication style combined with outstanding business acumen and a creative streak. Will be responsible for marketing assets, working with different stakeholders, gathering and implementing feedback as needed. This role will report to the Manager of Portfolio Marketing, Sapphire Reels.

What you’ll own:


  • Craft our company, audience and industry messaging that serves as the foundation for how we go to market
  • Serve as a contributor on the portfolio product launch team, aligning individual product launches into a cohesive brand story 
  • Collaborate with the customer references team to identify and create compelling customer stories for keynote presentations
  • Collaborate with the product teams and our branded content team on product, feature and SKU naming
  • Partner with our Communications team and Executives on our quarterly earnings call messages and themes


Experience you’ll need:


  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of marketing and/or sales required
  • Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools required
  • Self-starter with an ability to lead and follow-through projects
  • Outstanding time management skills and strong business acumen required
  • Self-directed personality with an ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment required
  • Team player with an ability to work cross functionally required


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Two or more (2+) years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Experience with software as a service companies
  • Experience targeting enterprise tech leaders
