PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Product Marketing Manager Job Description

 

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Product Marketing Manager to help us promote product lifecycle management that is significantly impacting design quality and product design and development in the MedTech and Manufacturing industries with a highly scalable, true multitenant cloud solution. The world of cloud software is evolving, and companies are increasingly demanding industry-specific cloud-based solutions.

 

This role will be a key addition to our Product Marketing and  Industry Solutions team working for the VP Product Marketing and Industry Solutions and will be responsible for market strategy, messaging and assets to support demand generation, field enablement, and customer marketing activities. This person will own and develop all qualitative and quantitative content and collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, product management, sales, and professional services to drive growth and our customers' success.


What You'll Do

  • Develop strategic go-to-market plans, launch plans and strategize with marketing on creative campaigns for new product/industry introductions
  •  Develop product/industry messaging to be used across media and -  Lead product release marketing initiatives working with the core product team
  • Build product marketing materials including web content, product sheets, presentations, whitepapers, and blogs with the developed value messaging
  • Maintain a pulse-point on competitive landscape to create Battlecards and drive new competitive strategies and campaigns
  •  Lead Sales enablement on new products, releases and industries including sales training materials, sales presentations, and discovery questions
  •  Contribute to key customer events, webinars and major industry conferences
  • Work with Marketing on developing key themes for integrated campaigns for lead generation
  •  Support content development for webinars and conferences


Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing position for an enterprise software or cloud-based PLM solution provider (PLM knowledge is a Must)
  • Development of go-to-market and launch plans
  • Content messaging experience to include across media and customer engagement channels
  • Development of blog posts, whitepapers, articles, etc. to raise awareness and support marketing content demand generation assets
  • Self-motivated, innovative, hands-on, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, strategic and analytical thinker
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time with excellent attention to details
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging
  • Proven ability to build relationships with other teams, especially marketing and product management
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  •  Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required


Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Medical Device and Discrete Manufacturing industries
  • Experience in Design Quality/Controls and Quality Management
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot, MS Teams and MS Teams Planner, Klue Competitive Intelligence, LinkedIn, MEDPICC Sales Methodology
