The mission of our lifecycle marketer is to orchestrate the entire customer journey, from activation to expansion, ensuring customers experience the product's value at every stage of their journey. From the excitement of a free trial to the satisfaction of becoming a paying customer and beyond, you’ll be at the heart of it all. What will you do:
- You’ll simplify the process for new leads to quickly understand the value of Rentman, guiding them to "aha" moments through personalized sequences
- You’ll develop and refine retention campaigns and educational content to ensure new users fully integrate Rentman’s products into their daily work routine
- You’ll build and scale automated campaigns to encourage upgrades and cross-selling to high-engaging accounts
- You’ll analyze customer behavior and data to pinpoint churn risks and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- You’ll manage referral programs to boost customer advocacy and expand Rentman’s user community
