Backed by some of the industry’s leading venture businesses they have a turnkey need for a Senior Product Marketing Manager. With a big vision and small team, this person will lead the product marketing function by driving initiatives across new product & feature launches, ongoing customer engagement & success, sales enablement, and overall product positioning.
Reporting to the founding team this role would suit a scrappy, hands on product marketer with leadership experience who is looking for their latest Rocketship. There is a defined progression path, endless reach within the business and a great team to work with.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate extensively with product, marketing, customer success & sales to drive strategic product marketing initiatives
- Own both strategic planning and execution of new product features & functionality
- Regularly communicate with commercial teams to gain valuable insights into customer feedback & recommendations with the goal of evolving the overall product offering
- Take ownership of the product narrative, factoring in competitor, market, and customer insights
- Create efficiencies in workflows between internal teams, whilst demonstrating your collaborative, ‘whatever it takes’ attitude
- Develop sales & customer success resources and train relevant team in best practice on when and how to utilize them
Key requirements:
- 4+ years in Product Marketing, ideally marketing a B2B or B2B2C SaaS platform
- Healthcare industry experience essential (provider, clinician or insurance considered)
- Proven ability to develop strategy AND execute day-to-day tactics
- Strategic in product positioning, sales enablement & communications tactics
- Strong written communication skills. Able to quickly build internal relationships with multiple departments.
- Innate ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable plans
- Comfort with change in a fast-paced startup environment
- Prior team management experience beneficial
- Position can be remote based on EST. Employee must be US based.
