Head of Product Marketing

Remote (United States)

User Interviews is looking for a Product Marketing Director/Sr Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role you'll lead product marketing at our UX research-focused SaaS enabled marketplace.  


To begin, you’ll be a team of 1, likely growing to a team of 2 in the next year. You’ll need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and do most/all of the work to begin. So, what’s the work?  


You’ll help build and refine our positioning across our 2 products that serve multiple segments and use cases. You’ll serve a critical role in our go-to-market strategy for all product launches. You’ll drive enablement, largely for sales, but also a bit for everyone. You’ll embed yourself in our product “pods” and be in frequent conversation with our customers/audience to serve as THE expert on both our product and our customers. As such, you’ll be uniquely qualified to align user needs, product positioning, and business goals. Over time you’ll grow the function and help form a vision for how to do that—by product line, customer segment, etc.  


You’ll report directly to the VP of marketing and growth. This is a big, strategic role with huge potential at a quickly scaling, great-to-work at, fully remote company.


About You

  • Strong written and spoken communicator. You can get to the point quickly, explaining to busy customers and internal stakeholders what they need to know about our product, and why they should care. 
  • SaaS product marketing experience is strongly preferred. 
  • Amazingly skilled at working with stakeholders. You’ll have a lot of them. 
  • Ability to wear many hats, relentlessly prioritize, know where to focus both selves, and, eventually, a growing team. Willingness to get in weeds, then ability to zoom out and think strategically, and bounce back and forth between the two. 
  • Deep understanding of motivation and ability to craft positioning/messaging/copy that resonates with your target audiences.
