We are on a mission to bring together great boot-strapped companies to fulfil their potential. We partner and grow Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) on the world’s largest B2B SaaS ecosystem.  


Our initial focus is on the Salesforce.com ecosystem so experience gained at Salesforce.com, or an ISV is a pre-requisite.


We are founded by two experienced tech entrepreneurs who between them have scaled businesses to unicorn heights, founded ISVs and are looking for a world-class Head of Product to join them. 


Role Overview:


The Head of Product will work closely alongside the founders, and will play an active and important part in our future success. 


You will take a portfolio view across all our ISVs, working with their Product Owners to create more value for our customers. You will be working across the lifecycle from Due Diligence, collaborating on roadmap, go to market launches and enablement.  


You will have a pragmatic approach with a strong ability to deliver, ideally gained in a scaling technology business.


Responsibilities


  • Establish the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the portfolio
  • Help develop a world-class Product discipline
  • Build, lead, mentor, and work with Business Unit Product Owners to set the strategic direction 
  • Be obsessed with creating more value for our customers through enhancing our products, extending our solutions 
  • Build solution maps across our key industries: identify how we can leverage our existing portfolio to build wide solutions for customers
  • Take a customer-centric approach to design easy-to-use and intuitive products for B2B customers;
  • Business sense - a sound understanding of how business functions, the challenges it faces, the risks which need to be managed, and the solutions needed to mitigate the risks and overcome the challenges
  • Experience of growing teams in fast growing environments
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinking - the ability to focus on the bigger picture of the project goals
  • Be a key link between our portfolio and the wider market;
  • Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Compliance, etc.), and Leadership/Executive team;
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results;
  • Implement best-in-class product development and management practices, balancing autonomy with accountability and alignment with control;
  • Lead cross-functional groups to deliver on the team’s mission;
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.


What will you need to succeed


  • 10+ years of Product Management experience;
  • Experience in the Salesforce.com ecosystem: either with Salesforce.com, or an ISV partner. 
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership;
  • Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality;
  • A strong ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support product strategy/decisions;
  • Can drive the execution of teams in a fast-paced environment;
  • Desire to build scalable processes and improve it systematically;
