Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Growth Hacker will execute the North America marketing campaigns for Enghouse Vidyo. This position is responsible for ensuring the digital marketing programs are operating efficiently, effectively, and driving the desired results. This position is an individual contributor role and is responsible for marketing automation (Marketo), email marketing, tradeshows, events and programs, social media, and digital analytics. This role will develop and optimize digital marketing programs and strategies for contact center trends and the application of contact center solutions to verticals. The goal is to rapidly test ideas that can improve the customer journey and replicate and scale the ideas that work and modify or abandon the ones that don't before investing a lot of resources.  

 

Role Responsibilities 

  •  Manages digital marketing programs, including: landing page design and development, Marketo email campaigns, Salesforce leads, webinars, social media, online content development and other revenue generating campaigns 
  • Develops and executed paid advertising and search campaigns using display ads, Google ad words, remarketing and retargeting campaigns 
  • Responsible for regional and national trade shows, events and programs 
  • Supports lead and customer nurturing programs 
  • Consolidates metrics and provides ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provides guidance for program optimization 
  • Collaborates with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Support and other Marketing & Demand Gen staff, both in North America and internationally to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted digital marketing based on customer profiling 
  • Gathers and shares competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommends marketing strategies to counter or off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Role Qualifications & TechnicalRequirements 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience required 
  • A minimum of three years of B2B software marketing required; experience in contact center or cloud software preferred 
  • Marketing automation expertise preferred (preferably Marketo) 
  • Strong digital marketing growth experience - SEO/organic searches and search engine optimization 
  • Proven competency with social media, email marketing strategy, website strategy and development, and web analytics; SEO/PPC a plus 
  • Solid experience with B2B events (field events, trade shows and user conferences) 
  • Strong experience with sales team enablement 
  • Familiar with Salesforce.com or major CRM 
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration software (e.g. Basecamp, Monday, Sharepoint, MS Teams) 
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices 
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat (form templates), PowerPoint (presentations) design and Google Analytics 
  • Extensive knowledge of WordPress standards and functionality 
  •  Ability to develop effective digital marketing communications strategies across various sales models including direct and channel 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and decision making skills 
  • Ability to travel as needed (<10% is anticipated)
