Responsibilities:

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic technology marketer to join the Enterprise Product and Solution Marketing team, chiefly supporting the efforts for the Wireless and Location Service portfolio. You will be a champion for products & solutions, responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the enterprise customer segments of Juniper business.

Location: US Metro (Location flexible)

Communicate and collaborate optimally across the company, including Product Management, Sales, Technical Marketing, Corporate and Field Marketing, AR, PR, Alliance Marketing, Channel Partners Sales and Marketing, and directly with industry analysts, partners and customers. You will support programs including product and feature launches, content marketing, demand generation, customer presentations, sales enablement, and training.

Specific responsibilities include:


  • Defining enterprise target audiences and compelling messaging appropriate for each under Juniper AI-driven enterprise portfolio of networking and cloud services.
  • Storytelling with the ability to translate sophisticated and complex technical features into clear, compelling, and memorable stories of end-customer value by audience type
  • Developing and executing go-to-market product and launch strategy, and working with cross-functional teams to execute ambitious and coordinated demand-generation programs that drive pipeline growth, market leadership, and awareness
  • Building and owning content including product datasheets, presentations, white papers, demos, videos, blogs, bylines, webinars, web content, and sales and partner enablement tools.
  • Developing and delivering persuasive presentations including executive briefings, analyst briefings, press briefings, industry events, webcasts, and trade shows.

Required Skills and Qualifications Include:

It’s more meaningful that candidates have strengths in some of these skills, experience in many, but not necessarily all of the below.


  • 3+ years of strong marketing and project management skills, experienced in cross-functional team development in a matrix organization
  • Translate technical solutions and features into customer benefits
  • Follow and understand competitors and key movements occurring in the industry to position and differentiate Juniper solutions
  • Understanding of enterprise IT drivers, challenges and typical operations, especially in the area of networking and cloud services, such as Location Service.
  • Business and analytical skills to conduct market analysis, and develop and execute go-to-market plans
  • A keen design sense and enthusiasm for attractive and engaging marketing content—form and function
  • Excellent written communications and strong presentation skills
  • Excellent collaborative team skills and good continual engagement of your team and cross-functional stakeholder
  • A sense of urgency for work and communications responsiveness
  • Perseverance and persistence, strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Work management by metrics and goal setting
  • Actively open-minded and curious to find truths, root causes, and continually improve

We anticipate and take initiative with work to accelerate Juniper enterprise revenue. You have excellent product marketing and program management skills and can seek the marketing of Wireless and Location Service solutions and perhaps pivot to cover other solutions for your teammates. You will deliver internal and external messaging, assets and act as an advocate of Juniper’s AI-driven enterprise solutions.
