Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and collaborative Director, Product Marketing (New Segments) to join our past-faced, growing team. Reporting to the VP Product Marketing, the successful candidate will oversee our go-to-market strategy including messaging and positioning, launch execution, and pricing and packaging for all emerging business lines.
About You
- You have 7+ years experience in product marketing or related fields
- You have 2+ years of leading a product marketing team with direct reports
- You have experience in and passion for enterprise SaaS
- You have a proven track record of bringing products to market and driving adoption
- You have an ability to connect technical concepts with customer value and express it succinctly
- You can create structure and process in a rapidly growing organization
- You are creative, proactive and agile
- You are a strong communicator and team leader
Outcomes
- Lead our GTM strategy to launch new solutions in market, working closely with product and partnership teams to define how our platform will be used by customers and partners
- Lead messaging, positioning, and launch of new product to partners in close collaboration with our Partner and Campaign teams
- Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers, ensuring that our process is well-executed and puts Ada's best foot forward in the market
- Strategize with campaign and field marketing teams on themes, campaigns and messages that resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with our creative team, ensuring that our launch materials are highly engaging and interactive for maximum impact
- Drive enablement efforts so that client-facing teams and partners are positioned to win and can effectively sell to new and existing clients
