Director/Head of Product Marketing

We are looking for a seasoned Director/Head of Product Marketing with an analytical mindset who always strives to raise the bar to join our US team!


As a Director/Head of Product Marketing, you will play the key role - to create and execute the go-to-market strategy for our core platform and related solutions. Working at Time is Ltd., you will manage product and solution go-to-market initiatives and serve as an expert on the market and product in support of marketing programs, sales enablement, and analyst relations in close collaboration with multiple teams at Time is Ltd. 


Your future job:

  • Driving the creation and execution of product GTM strategy and tactics in partnership with product management, sales leadership, demand generation, and field marketing. 
  • Create and establish Time is Ltd. as a new category in cloud-based employee experience and collaboration
  • Driving cross-functional product and feature launches, coordinating the efforts sales enablement
  • Build customer-centric marketing programs by creating ideal Customer Profiles, Buyer Personas, and developing efficient product feedback loops. Leverage insights to accelerate product adoption and increase market share.
  • Build, launch and improve effective sales enablement programs. Provide high-quality collateral, demos, and training to drive sales conversion rates within the funnel
  • Work with the customer success team and our customers to get feedback on usage and roadblocks and leverage insights to create assets designed to accelerate adoption and expansion. 

Your qualifications: 

  • You have 5+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS enterprise software, ideally within Employee Engagement, Enterprise Collaboration, HR Analytics space.
  • Experience creating high-impact GTM plans, product messaging, content, and communications for prospects, customers, and sales teams, and in measuring results. 
  • A proven track record of working effectively across product management, sales, customer success, enablement, industry marketing, AR/PR, field marketing, and demand generation. 
  • Good understanding of the sales process for enterprise software and how best to support field teams and equip them for success. 
  • Experience using BI and analytics solutions to inform decision-making and measure product marketing impact.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
