Customer Marketing Manager

Location: Salt Lake City, UT


We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who can help take our Customer Marketing efforts to the next level. Chorus is in the middle of building a brand new category and providing Revenue Organizations with access to customer interactions and data they’ve never had before.


This role will focus on three areas: 

  • Advocacy: Build a base of loyal brand fans and leverage their voices in our customer community, case studies, reviews and more
  • Engagement: Work closely with Product and CS to drive product adoption and stickiness
  • Growth: Work closely with CS and Account Management to drive expansion and upsell opportunities



What You'll Do:


  • Social Proof & Case Studies: We have a loyal and engaged customer base with many stories just waiting to be told. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with CS and our customers to tell their story, be that through video, blog or other mediums. You will also own the relationships with key review sites and be responsible for driving review growth.
  • Community Strategy & Management: You will own the Chorus customer community and will be responsible for establishing the strategy, driving community growth & engagement. This will be a core part of your role which will take up more than 25% of your time. 
  • CS Enablement: You’ll be a key strategic partner to the CS organization in helping drive scale across their processes. From creating customer onboarding trainings to EBRs, you’ll be their right hand support.
  • Customer Enablement: You’ll be responsible for creating customer-facing educational content from onboarding through renewal. This will include assets such as video tutorials, in-product walk-throughs, one pagers and more. 
  • Product Adoption: You will work hand in hand with the Product Marketers to understand how we can leverage new features and products post launch to drive ongoing engagement and stickiness.
  • Growth Campaigns: You will collaborate with CS & Demand Gen to curate dedicated campaigns to drive renewals, up & cross-sell opportunities within our customer base. 
  • Customer Lifecycle Comms: You will own the strategy & execution of our customer lifecycle communications including our customer newsletter, customer nurtures and more. You will work closely with the CS team and Marketing Ops to deliver the campaigns


What You Bring to the Table:


  • 5+ years of Marketing experience, 2+ years in Customer Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • B2B marketing experience for a SaaS product—experience in the Sales Industry or marketing SalesTech is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Outside-in thinker—you always strive to deeply understand the customer 
  • You’re an excellent communicator who can clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to team members
  • You can seamlessly switch between being strategic and executing tactical projects - you will join a small team that works at a fast pace 
  • Strong project management skills including production schedules, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and agency/vendor oversight
  • Experience managing online community through Influitive is a plus
  • Salesforce and Marketo experience is a plus
