About The Role…
The Content Producer has the responsibility of crafting and creating compelling content and digital experiences for our customers.
We are looking for a visionary, agile, resourceful, and creative digital content specialist to deliver and execute transformational wellbeing projects that will help and empower families to raise their children to grow up safe, healthy, and well.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for customer experience, and understand the critical roles that content creation and management, and our wellbeing strategy, will play in delivering outstanding, personalized customer experiences.
The Content Producer will craft projects from the ground up and create emotionally engaging content that meets the requirements of our bespoke digital platforms (eg togetherAI Kids Companion), and also delivers a single cohesive narrative across traditional channels, including but not limited to the app, website, social media, blogs, events and customer communications (eg notifications, emails).
About You…
You’re a team player with self-starter initiative, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creative flair and a real eye for detail. You know how to script and create both short-form and long-form communication, and conversational content in various formats. You have experience with (or a desire for) working with mental health, wellbeing, tech and/or mobile apps. You’re reliable, respectful, and genuinely care about creating better experiences for our customers, and for each other.
What Skills & Experience You Need To Succeed...
- Minimum of 3+ years digital content experience (preferably content creation, customer loyalty, CRM and/or UX).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, because you’ll be using your talents for content ideation, creation, writing and editing.
- Passionate and appreciative of great content and personalization (right message, right time, right channel).
- Your resume likely includes content creation, marketing, communications, editorial or social media role/s.
- Experience working with CMS tools and marketing/communication automation platforms (knowledge of landbot.io, customer.io, OneSignal, Twilio and/or Segment is advantageous).
- Experience in working with wellbeing and wellness frameworks, and/or B2C communication with children and parents.
- Understanding of (and passion for) Customer Data and App Analytics, ability to optimize and create based on insights (knowledge of MixPanel, Google Analytics is advantageous).
- Experience working with and actively contributing in teams to achieve aligned outcomes.
- Strong project and relationship management.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Experience working for a digital start-up is advantageous (especially across mobile apps, chatbots, machine learning and/or artificial intelligence).
What You Could Be Doing This Week...
• Delivering a new conversational content campaign for our togetherAI Kids Companion.
• Managing end-to-end content updates (from flow scripting to grammar) via CMS.
• Managing planned content publishing to ensure content is tested and published to schedule.
• Manage journey mapping updates (from tagging to triggers) via customer.io and associated platforms in our tech stack.
• Sharing our content matrices, style guides, and channel calendars with the wider team.
• Optimizing our wellness content.
• Analyzing customer behavior and event data to inform future planning and development.
• Talking with families in our community or reviewing customer feedback and insights.
• Liaising with external agencies and contractors.
• Managing their JIRA and Confluence content tickets.
