In Intel's Global Marketing Organization (GMO), we the Global Client Marketing (GCM) team focused on commercial. We drive all B2B marketing to business audiences across the buyer's journey. We are a focused, driven, mighty and fast-growing high performance B2B marketing team at Intel.


The Commercial Marketing Integrated Team has a highly visible, exciting opportunity reporting to the Product, Platform and Segment Marketing Leader to focus on our competitive marketing in the B2B space.


This candidate must be able to develop and lead messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans across multiple teams and have a passion for breakthrough, exciting opportunities.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Build out the compete plan, including understanding the competitive landscape, defining the go to market strategy, developing the value proposition and message, and defining and executing the go to market strategy.
  • Create and communicate the plan and strategy and get broad buy-in across Commercial Marketing
  • Define and track compete success metrics.
  • Collaborate across teams to execute through sales teams and partners.
  • Understand market trends and key performance indicators to inform competitive strategy.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and teams across Intel on an end-to-end Intel approach.
  • Be a strong point of contact to Intel's commercial client business unit, and a voice of the business unit in the marketing plans.

Candidate must be strong at: 

  • Managing multiple work streams both internally and with partners.
  • Working on highly matrix teams that include sales, business unit, global marketing, and country marketing teams.
  • Identifying how to work through others to gain support and efficiently and constructively obtain what is needed.
  • Leading virtual teams.

You, as our ideal candidate, must possess the skills below:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, cross-team collaboration, open and honest feedback, and interaction. 

  • Proactive forward thinking, bias for action and growth mindset approach.  
  • Able to spot new opportunities and drive results. 

  • Proven effectiveness driving multi-stakeholder planning processes, working in cross-team programs. 

  • Previous experience in driving lead gen/account-based marketing is required. 


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship


Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven marketing or product management experience in PC, consumer electronics, or other relevant technology marketing.

Global Marketing & Communications is responsible for Intel's brand management, end-user product marketing and go-to-market activation strategy for direct and indirect marketing programs worldwide
