Zappi was founded in 2012 in Camden, London with a vision of scaling human expertise through research automation. Since then we have taken on a couple of investors and grown the business to 200+ people.

We have a diverse and loyal customer base and work closely with many of them to develop our platform and push the boundary of what is possible. You will know all our customers, from PepsiCo, Experian, Mars and many more.
