We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join ServiceNow’s Platform and Artificial Intelligence (AI) marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a compelling message and clear differentiation for ServiceNow’s fast growing AI products and solutions. You will work closely with ServiceNow’s product, sales and marketing team’s on high-visibility endeavors, including product launches, marketing programs & events, seller enablement, and the ServiceNow.com AI homepage. You will become the go-to product marketing expert on the ServiceNow AI Platform and ensure we tell a clear and consistent story across all our marketing and sales channels. If you have a passion for crafting inspirational customer stories, delivering innovative product demos and building clear product messaging, then this role is for you! To be successful in this role, you must be experienced in enterprise B2B product marketing, have excellent communication and messaging skills, and an understanding and interest in enterprise AI and generative AI.
