Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is central to driving the growth and expansion of our business across both new and existing markets. Working closely with teams across the organization, you will lead the development of dynamic, data-driven campaigns that generate demand and fuel our marketing efforts. From creating and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns—moving prospects from initial awareness to final conversion—to ensuring the generation of high-quality leads and supporting growth within our current customer base, your contributions will be vital to the success of our team’s initiatives.
Growth marketing at Kharon is all about continuous experimentation and optimization. In this role, you’ll harness the power of data to test, learn, and refine strategies, always seeking ways to enhance performance. By collaborating across Sales, RevOps, Business Analytics, and Customer Success, you’ll help foster a unified approach to marketing that leverages insights from every corner of the business. Your leadership will ensure that our marketing programs are not only effective in the short term but also scalable and sustainable for long-term growth, positioning Kharon to thrive in an ever-evolving market landscape.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $150,000 and $175,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
