About Kharon

Kharon is seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Director based near one of our hub locations in New York City, Washington D.C. or Denver, CO. This is a hybrid role and requires on-office attendance. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a global demand generation and lifecycle marketing strategy that drives customer growth, with a focus on generating high-quality leads for our enterprise-grade data and technology solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across owned, earned, and paid media platforms. This includes overseeing data-driven targeting, as well as the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of campaigns across channels such as Google Search and Display Ads, content syndication, and industry publications. Your goal will be to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions while maintaining a cohesive brand presence.
  • Lead the strategic management and execution of Kharon’s SEO efforts, ensuring Kharon is consistently discoverable in top search results for key solutions and maintaining a strong organic presence. Establish and maintain SEO dashboards to track daily, weekly, and monthly SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates. Regularly monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Build and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns that effectively nurture prospects through the buyer journey, from initial awareness to final purchase decision, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track demand generation performance, campaign effectiveness, and new business growth. Leverage advanced analytics and marketing attribution models to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and understand which programs contribute most to growth and engagement, and continually refine strategies based on data and insights.
  • Grow, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals while also being a strong individual contributor. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, leading by example in both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Business Analytics, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Spearhead marketing initiatives that support Kharon’s expansion into new global markets and industries, tailoring strategies to the unique needs and dynamics of the specific markets.


Qualifications: 

  • 8-12 years of experience in running global lifecycle and demand generation campaigns for enterprise-grade SaaS or data solutions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions, create and optimize campaigns, and build effective marketing attribution models.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive MQLs and support sales objectives.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes, with a strong ability to manage, mentor, and grow a team.
  • Proven track record of systematic SEO optimization with demonstrated experience in improving page rankings, driving organic traffic growth, and delivering measurable improvements in site visibility. 
  • Expertise in managing SEO dashboards and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) to track key performance indicators (rankings, organic traffic, on-page performance), and building data-driven strategies through keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
  • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Search and Display Ads, content syndication, and industry publications.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results, consistently driving toward measurable outcomes and optimizing efforts to achieve KPIs.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies that resonate in diverse global markets.
  • Strong working knowledge of essential marketing tools, including Google Analytics for tracking and reporting, Google Ads and social ad platforms for managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, Salesforce for CRM and lead management, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot for campaign execution and lead nurturing.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is central to driving the growth and expansion of our business across both new and existing markets. Working closely with teams across the organization, you will lead the development of dynamic, data-driven campaigns that generate demand and fuel our marketing efforts. From creating and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns—moving prospects from initial awareness to final conversion—to ensuring the generation of high-quality leads and supporting growth within our current customer base, your contributions will be vital to the success of our team’s initiatives.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $150,000 and $175,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
