Responsibilities :

Develop and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Appsian Security Platform and EBusiness Services. Have a mature deep understanding for the needs of internal and external consumers for these services. Articulate, in details, how these map to product requirements, for proper prioritization and analyze and communicate the value and trade-offs of the product decisions made. Cultivate deep, friendly, and trusted relationships with key internal consumers and external customers, partners, and other key stakeholders. Champion the strategy on multiple product lines. Work with Go-to-Market teams, such as Product Marketing, Sales, Services, and Sales Enablement teams to build a program that establishes thought leadership in the market. Collaborate with Technical Product Managers, Product Owners, CTO, and Other company key Architects. Drive product lifecycle while collaborating with various Engineering, User Experience, Documentation, and Customer Support teams.


Translate customer business needs into product strategy and business requirements as part of MRD and PRD Development. Manage and communicate multiple product roadmaps to both internal and external key stakeholders. Take ownership working with the broader team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensure optimal user experiences for end users and where appropriate by working closely with designer and development teams on workflows, look-and-feel. Drive consensus on user experience from key stakeholders. Drive style and uniformity across multiple products. Develop compelling sales and sales enablement tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams. Create financial, market, and other analytical models to guide product pricing and go-to-market decisions. Maintain competitive matrix and competitive intelligence materials including hands-on product testing.


Job Requirements : 
  • 5+ years in product management.
  • 3+ years in the security or application software related markets. 
  • 3+ years proven experience gathering user/customer data, analyzing, and developing Decision-Making models.
  • Ability to effectively work more than one product at a time.
  • Experience in Security related products. 
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Very strong (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent team decision and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or Business. MBA is plus.
