Meet Your Future Neighbors

As the Head of the B2B Business Website, you’ll own Nextdoor’s business website across small businesses, mid-market, enterprise and public agency to drive awareness, education, and revenue in the US and key countries. This includes leading the strategy, analytics, execution, and optimization, in collaboration with a website developer and cross functional team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to build, by leading the redesign of the website, which will support a tier 1 launch and drive self serve website acquisition.  

The Impact You’ll Make
  • You will drive web roadmap planning and launch web properties for Nextdoor’s self-service advertising product in our Business Solutions pillar. You will deliver compelling, differentiated web content to communicate our product value to prospective customers
  • You will own and drive web KPIs. You will deliver analysis to gauge web content effectiveness and share meaningful and actionable insights that drive the business
  • You will implement creative assets and best practices to ensure content is consistently and effectively positioned across the web channel
  • You will partner with Product Marketing and Research to develop clear positioning and messaging for target audiences, driven by customer insights and data, and connect it to the broader Nextdoor narrative
  • You will influence and support growth strategies by partnering with Paid, Lifecycle Marketing, and Sales teams to create seamless digital experiences and an ideal user flow that drives the business. You will understand the customer funnel with a specific focus on where content can be most effective
  • You will manage and develop strong working relationships with our external agency partners of designers, copywriters, and freelance writers that support the web marketing strategy
  • You will work with the Brand team to ensure the Nextdoor voice is projected consistently and effectively in content across the entire customer journey
What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • 7+ years of B2B web strategy expertise that includes web experiences designed to bring new offerings to market that drive customer acquisition and revenue 
  • Proven experience creating impactful web content, and a nice to have is direct experience managing and implementing SEO best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data actively to define a website strategy, desired KPI's and leading indicators, ROI analysis, and recommendations
  • Excitement for the web content development process and drive to see projects through to completion: ideation, research, gathering input/buy in, partnering with copywriters and designers, and publishing
  • Strong prioritization skills and strategic decision making to determine the highest impact near-term and long-term marketing opportunities 
  • Track record of leadership and influencing skills in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment
  • Thrives independently and within a team environment, with a proven track record of bringing a creative, proactive approach to work with minimal supervision
  • Passionate about Nextdoor’s mission and the impact we can have on neighborhoods around the world
  • Customer empathy and excitement to help small and medium-sized businesses thrive
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Search Console
Rewards

Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create one overall rewards package.

The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $110,000 to $170,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.

We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.

Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
